Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Responsibilities
Provide natural environment speech therapy services using a coaching-based model to empower caregivers in facilitating communication skills.
Modify goals to be tailored to each child’s communication needs, as needed.
Address speech, language, feeding, and early literacy development through caregiver education and daily routine integration.
Model and support caregivers in using functional communication strategies in meaningful activities.
Document progress and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Pennsylvania SLP license in good standing.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
Experience with Early Intervention, coaching models, and family training preferred.
