Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Responsibilities

  • Provide natural environment speech therapy services using a coaching-based model to empower caregivers in facilitating communication skills.

  • Modify goals to be tailored to each child’s communication needs, as needed.

  • Address speech, language, feeding, and early literacy development through caregiver education and daily routine integration.

  • Model and support caregivers in using functional communication strategies in meaningful activities.

  • Document progress and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

  • Pennsylvania SLP license in good standing.

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).

  • Experience with Early Intervention, coaching models, and family training preferred.
